Very helpful. When I tried to change my reservation to an in-town only option with U-Haul, I was transferred to four different people, and none of them completed the change correctly. I felt like U-Haul was giving me the run-around at a time when my life was already very stressful. It seemed like an utter waste of my limited time. Until I met the owner of the Clark Rd U-Haul, Uri, he was the only representative from U-Haul who showed care and professionalism, making the necessary corrections. If not for him, this rating would be the lowest possible, as I was very disappointed with the scheduling management at U-Haul. Uri is the best and should receive commendations from U-Haul. You need more customer service-oriented employees like him.
