I borrowed the U-Haul truck from Don and was informed that the charges would include the truck at $19.95 per day, mileage at $1.39 per mile, and taxes. No mention was made about the gas, other than it being approximately three-quarters full upon pickup. It was not mentioned that I would be responsible for refilling the tank or that there would be an additional charge for this. There was no physical contract for me to review, and no way to obtain the contract information via text or email. We returned the truck within an hour and a half, and subsequently received an invoice that included a charge for refilling the tank to three-quarters full. If Don had mentioned this earlier, I would have had the opportunity to refuel at a more favorable rate.

James PTrucks need to be checked when returned before re renting them for cleaning. Better service by outside vendors. They are doing me a service as this attendant stated to me in a rude manor. Should not get grieved because I said something about all the trash in the truck I was going to rent and wanted the attendant to go out side and look and was told he didn’t have time. Won’t rent from here ever again!
