I have contacted the store several times, along with a number they gave me for a district uhaul person, I was double charged on my card for the rental and I am owed $35.13. Everyone keeps just brushing me off, I want my money back.

10 AM on a Saturday, it would have been a good idea to have two people working. I was taken care of immediately, but a line formed behind me. The gentlman who waited on me did a great job, there was just a rush of sorts. i had a great, easy experience!

Told me that the Credit card that was used would NOT be charged and it was... I wanted to use a different cc. I asked about a discount because of the inconvenience to me to pick up my Uhaul farther away from the original one and when I asked this guy about the discount he said it will be handled at the drop off location. NOT VERY HAPPY...........will have to go back to Penske trucks!!!!!

The email given me by the email notice doesn't work and the sender is no reply and the receipt png was blank so I don't have a receipt for the charge on my credit card and I need a receipt for contract #27609969

I had SO much trouble getting my uhaul through self-check out. First I had trouble with an error message popping up to go to my reservation, which forced me to call customer service. I had the reservation under my name but someone else as the driver (which I put in all the info into the reservation originally) and it was very difficult, time-consuming, and confusing to change information to his name, and then it told me to show my phone screen inside to get me key- but it was early morning and the place wasn't open! Which required yet another phone call. In all, it took over 30 minutes to get my uhaul, which was a HUGE problem, because we were having to beat the rain! This self-pick-up is a great idea, but Uhaul really needs to work out the kinks, because picking it up was an absolute NIGHTMARE.

The wrong location is listed in this survey. The actual location is Maxx Cars on Washington Ave in Sarasota, FL. The call center told us that we could drop off our truck after hours at any of the locations they provided us on the map. We picked this location because it was the closest to our final destination. When I went to drop off the vehicle, there was no overnight drop box to leave the keys. This was a major inconvenience, because I had to go to work the next day and the truck was due back that following day by 3PM. I had to arrange for a family member to follow up and bring the keys to them to make sure we didn't face additional charges. I filled up the gas tank to the EXACT spot that the gauge was at when I picked it up in Georgia, and even took a picture of it on my cell phone. The gas station was just two blocks away from the drop off location, within viewing distance. This location claims that they would have to add an extra gallon of gas (in a 30 gallon tank) and charge me $7 more for this. This seems pretty subjective, since the gas gauge is not digital, but a very old needle style, and if you don't view it straight on from the driver seat you can get a different reading standing outside and leaning in. Since I was at work and could not dispute this claim, I had to pay for it. The entire drop off experience was way more stressful that it should have been, and the extra charges seemed very insulting following the poor service and run around we received just trying to pick up the truck in the first place. Not to mention the terrible cigarette smell in the truck that I had to breathe in for 7 hours while driving. Overall, this was the worst UHAUL experience that I have ever had, and having moved more than a dozen times in my life and using UHAUL, I was expecting a much better customer service experience. I will no longer be a UHAUL customer, and for my next move I will be renting a truck from someone else, or just hire a moving company outright, because moving is stressful enough. The only way I would consider being a UHAUL customer again is if they refunded my $7 that I was unfairly charged for gas and also provided a partial refund of some type for the second hand smoke cigarette smell that I had to endure in the cabin.
