I know that continual improvement is the goal, but, honestly, I don't see how our experience could have been better facilitated. The managers of Compass Self Storage were extremely helpful and informative, and they answered all of our questions--even anticipating some. I had only one other experience with Uhaul, years, ago (in Texas), and I can tell you that this experience was far more pleasant. So, no need to improve; just keep up the excellent work. --Jerry W. Same has above but only quicker. 5 minutes. Only complaint I have is the 10x10 van I rented was very uncomfortable driving for 1100 miles.

DANIEL Kbooked a van 48 hours before I needed, they had name/cell and all the other stuff they needed. Went to pick it up and they gave it to someone else. It was written in English. So, they gave me a small truck. I guess reading English is not part of hiring workers.
