Brandon was wonderful very easy to work with, it was my first time renting a U-Haul and I was very pleased with Brandon‘s customer service although, on the other hand, I wasn’t very happy with U-Haul itself. I put a piece of tape where the gas was I took a picture before I left a lot and after I left a lot, I made sure the gas was where the tape was and where it was in the picture and they still said I was underneath what I was supposed to be so I was a little confused about that and I was charged for gas. I was also told that I brought it back after it was due, which was not true. I took a picture on the lot when I dropped it off at 12:35 PM. I was due back at 1:30 PM. I was told I dropped it off at 2:15 PM so they did not charge me for it but it’s still the fact that I was told that I brought it back late knowing I didn’t because I handed my key directly to Brandon. Also, Brandon was very helpful on Thanksgiving when I saw charges coming through for U-Haul such as the mileage and the gas, I thought the mileage was already pre-charged for the 30 miles that I had gone because he asked an estimate of what I thought I was going I said 30 miles I thought that was already charged to Me, but then I was charged for the whole mileage not just what was left of the 30 miles so that’s a little deceiving when people pick up their U-Haul. They should be told that they’re not being charged for mileage until after so they don’t think they’re already paying for partial mileage. Just a thought thank you.
