I got charged for a ding that was already on the vehicle. I have never damaged any of the uhaul equipment. I use uhaul an awful lot. And I won't use or recommend use of uhaul equipment.

Nothing! Booking was easy. Check in and pick up was very easy and didn’t take long at all. I dropped off an hour after they closed and the check out process was easy through app. Most of all, Brandon (I believe his name was, I’m awful with names) was absolutely fantastic! I will be returning!

JOSEPH EI rented a 26' truck. It had an exhaust leak, tires were bald and there was an issue with the RPM's coming down hills. Maxing out at 4,000 at times. I kept putting it in neutral coming down large hills.
