I did not know this was a self help pick up location.
NJ PCustomer service was not helpful, rather disorganized. Was over charged.
Jamelle HThe location looked like fight club and we had a hard time finding the drop box after hours. The 24 hour phone customer service rep however was VERY helpful and patient. We did not encounter personnel at the location because we dropped the vehicle after hours. The 24 hour phone rep was excellent but she was not on site.
MEGHAN LOwners/staff were professional and personable. Would definitely rent from them again.
