One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The location was poorly marked, not well lit, unprofessional and unclean. The staff was on a personal call on speaker phone the entire time and barely acknowledged me. This is not a place that I would recommend to anyone.

Dwight CThere were two people assisting when I arrived at 10 am on a Sunday morning with my 86 year old father. A man greeted me by loudly yelling at me, instructing me how to back up my truck to hook the trailer up. He kept yelling loudly, repeating directions to me, over and over in a very loud voice. It was too much noise, too much yelling. I had to get out of my truck and tell him that I was done driving. I did not come to UHaul to be repeatedly yelled at. He said all I had to do was follow directions, what was my problem. My father ended up backing up the truck as I was unable to work with this man. A woman came to do the parking lot to do the check out paperwork with me. She worked with me just fine and told the man a couple of times to be quiet as he was complaining to my father about me. I told her he was just too much. I have never had such a bad experience picking up a trailer. He was very loud, rude and out of line.
