Service was great, I dropped off the trailer and was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Very poor location with very little customer service. The truck itself did not have properly operating air conditioning. The ride was not enjoyable.



Got charged for a second day when we return it 10 mins before it was do. We got charged for them putting gas and In when we put gas in to the line when it was



The young Lady at the pick up location went above and beyond basic customer service; helping me switch out the Ball on my truck as it was the wrong size. I received great service at her location.

Very poor customer service and I had to wait an hour on a truck I reserved a month ahead. They didn't have none of the equipment I reserved. I had to purchase my on hand truck. This was the worst experience I every had. Then I called the 1800 number. The area manager contacted me and offered me 50 dollars. I decline because that just replaces the hand truck. The overall experience was very unprofessional and discouraging. I hope u haul makes this right. My preferred location was changed 2days before I had to move. I will be waiting on uhaul to contact me. If not I will take it a step further. I really don't want to have to go that for. So let's work to make this fair for the both of us.

We had originally scheduled a Saturday morning pickup but were asked to pick it up the night before because they are usually closed on the weekends. It wasn't a major problem but we wanted to make sure we still had a Monday return date. The paperwork printed with a Sunday return (because of the Friday pickup) so my husband asked to have it corrected. They said they couldn't but would make sure it was revised in the email. When the email came it still had the Sunday return date. We were able to return it by Sunday but felt rushed to get everything done. Most importantly though, we had also ordered packing blankets which we realized weren't there when we went to load the truck on Saturday. Their office was closed so we had to make due, but ultimately 6 piceces of furniture were significantly damaged all because of that one mistake. This will cause significant time and money to repair the damage, which all could have been avoided with the $10 blankets we asked for.

They're not in the office at the time I was told to pick up the truck and they did not have the size truck is reserved. I had to use a 10 foot truck and not a 26 foot. I was disappointed. U-haul dropped the ball.

I had a 2 pm reservation, and the location was closed. There was no note or contact information left on the door or the window at the location. Finally around 2:45 or 2:50 they showed up, and I was late for my planned move because of this action.
