Took over an hour to get the key locked in box truck. Due to UHaul moving pickup to a gas station instead of UHaul office.

Beatriz HI booked a reservation online and decline the safe move insurance when I booked my reservation. I went to pick up my truck and when I checked my receipt when I got to my destination I observed that the safe move charge was added. I went back to bring the truck back and told the agent She said I should called the corporate office because they added it on. I called corporate and was told they will put a note on the account to remove the charge because the agent at the drop off location did not do the close out as yet. I haven’t received an updated close out receipt and the charge is still on because it is on my bank account.
