Firat, they need to speak English. I don’t understand Hindi (?) and it is extremely frustrating having a phone handed to me for someone to communicate with me. Second, don’t lie to me and tell me that the computers aren’t working and to come back in 30 minutes. Reality was that the person who does that job wasn’t there. This was a major inconvenience as I was in a timeline. Third, don’t tell me on the phone that an employee will hook up the trailer when they won’t do that. I had to FaceTime my husband to assist me as I’ve never done that before. This is extremely dangerous considering I had to drive it loaded 5 hours. I have rented from U-Haul many times in my 58 years and NEVER had such a horrible experience. I was in the middle of a crisis and this just made my situation worse. Horrible. Just horrible.

U-Haul company needs to communicate better with the companies that are renting the U-Haul equipment.
Kimberly EVery unprofessional and rude staff, asked for help in turning in the rental and was told there was no one that could help, that supposedly the lady that handles that department went home when in the hours say 8am-8pm, whole time it was a male that worked there in the department and the Gas Station employee was trying to cover for his boss’s inresponsabilities.

BRIAN AThe lady at the pickup location didn't want to help me at all. She wouldn't give me the keys, furniture pads, or hand truck. She asked me to go elsewhere after I was dropped off here. This was the worst experience I have had to date with my Uhaul rentals. I understand it wasn't uhaul's fault, it was the Quickstop only! Actually speaking of this, the customer service from uhaul on the phone speaking to this lady finally managed me to get a truck! in the end all was good, but took me 1.5 hours waiting at the Quickstop to get my truck.
