Have more furniture pads available for customers to purchase. Also, have more staff on hand to assist customers. Clerk was having to stop multiple times to complete sales for customers on register and then complete Uhaul sale for customer. More staff is needed to prevent customers from waiting for long lengths of time.

I did not interact with the attendant much. I was required to speak by phone to the regional Uhaul representative.

Trailer was not clean on the inside. It was turned around in the opposite direction and I had to push it out and turn it around by myself. They did not come out to help. The tires were “cupped” bad. Apparently it has not been serviced

The employee had difficulty using the computer to complete rental. The trailer lights did not work at first hook up.We asked for a different trailer which was right next to it and looked newer, The staff so called fix the trailer by swapping a wire on the trailer. The Trailer lights went out again mid way thru our trip home

I rent all the time...I'm a professional mover,this was the worst service by dealer in my 14 years of experience of getting U-Haul trucks.

0 stars. Uhaul people were rude, tries to over charge us, didn't give us proper equipment. When we went back and asked they said "we're eating breakfast you need to wait an hour" on top of that we never signed off on the Uhaul approving that we were okay with water damage because the Uhaul was damaged. Didn't notice till we started packing. When I called to ask about it I was told a manager would contact me and it's been 4 days and still no one has contacted me. My furniture now has water damage.
