Again, drop off at foots tire no one there to help me take the trailer off of my vehicle. I had to call someone to come over and help me get that trailer off. Horrible customer service all the way around. again, I would like a phone call from someone to discuss this matter further.

Eric JThe U-Haul leaked during a rain storm and got several boxes wet. The person before us left nails and blankets all over the floor. Otherwise we were happy with our rental.
