I actually ended up returning the vehicle in a mere 10 min. (drove only 9 kms.) as I wasn't comfortable driving the vehicle on the DVP to go downtown. Yet, the service agent never enquired nor did he care (perhaps, rightly so) about my early return. Yet, I got slapped with a gas bill of approx. $13. Yes, I didn't put in any gas, but I would have hardly consumed a mere 0.5 to 1 l of gas vs. what I got billed, $13 for a full 6 l. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. Despite calling the service agent and expressing my concern on the gas bill, I never got any response. Thus, this write up to you.

SYED LThe representative was quite rude. He had a bad attitude. Because we questioned him about the pricing. I was curious to know why the prices were differn5 interms of kilometers were different from other locations. He gave us the keys, we told him, we were blocked in, he had an attitude and came out and move it without acknowledging.
BARRY LThe pickup location was good, but the inside of the vehicle was in very poor condition. There was a lot of household garbage inside, and there was a very bad smell in both the driver cabin and the back cabin, like rotten eggs. This appears to be because of the previous renters who used the vehicle before me. I believe the cleaning and garbage disposal charges should be applied to them.
SEMINAN TLeft work and arrived at 3:00PM for my vehicle. It was not there. Asked the guy who informed it may be an hour before the truck gets there. I delayed plans with me and my friends who were helping me move. I waited nearby for the hour. Came back, still no truck. Told I can wait another hour or take one of the smaller vans. This may cause extra trips (i.e. extra mileage), however, I don't have a choice to wait another hour. I informed to take the 9' Van. I waited and he took my preferences, and informed when returning to park in same place. When I walked to the van I had to re-input them into the browser when outside. The van was not parked in a place for easy user experience, but I did my best. Opened the doors, and a reeking smell. I am not sure what it was, but thinking back it was possibly manure or pee. I noted smell this in browser login. Vehicle drove fine, and me and my movers were barely able to fit everything in the Van (they had their cars to compensate for the difference). One mover almost threw up when he smelled the van (fortunately I have a tougher stomach. I returned the van to the location, but the parking area for the van was gone. I parked in the nearest and best location I could. Dropped the keys, and wanted to get out of there.
