Too dark and enclosed to properly inspect the vehicle before leaving. U-Haul App broken and does not work correctly for certain functions. Not sure what the point of an In-person vs App based pick-up/drop-off is when the staff doesn't do anything except hand you a key. Rented moving blankets could not be provided with no warning or compensation, fee WAS refunded though.

WILLIAM MThe ONLY issue I had was; Location is good BUT I couldn't for the life of me ACTUALLY FIND IT. It's inside an electronic store with just a Sign in the Window. I seriously thought my gps was wrong! It was only when I asked a guy parked there with a uhaul truck, that i saw the sign in the window. Not Good. NEED BETTER information regarding that its NOT a store BUT in the Electronic Store.
