The truck didnt have any ac and i almost fainted because of the extreme heat. Also, you guys charged me 30 bucks for 10 km for distance. Thats not fair at all. You guys also charged me full with no ac inside the truck. Atleast have the respect to tell the customer about the condition of the vehicle.

Your digital platform is unreliable,I tried uploading the photo to return the track I rented but it wasn’t available,so now I’m paying for something I’m not comfortable with,even on the day I went to pick-up the track,I wanted to add an extra dolly but could because your system didn’t let as.

KYLE EToo dark and enclosed to properly inspect the vehicle before leaving. U-Haul App broken and does not work correctly for certain functions. Not sure what the point of an In-person vs App based pick-up/drop-off is when the staff doesn't do anything except hand you a key. Rented moving blankets could not be provided with no warning or compensation, fee WAS refunded though.
