The whole drop off situation was less than ideal. The 2 places we went were closed and had to drive 30 minutes away. Drop off was late and we were charged even though I called to say we had problems. Also we booked to return later and the app showed it much earlier in the day. I want my money back for the extra day you charged. The customer service assured me the charge would be waived. I have a call into customer service. They said I would hear back in three days and it’s been more than that.

I had an extremely disappointing uhaul experience, and I am currently waiting for a refund. - day before my reservation, I am informed that my pick up location has been moved to a location significantly further away from my home - so I had to pay money to take an uber to this further location - when I arrive at the pick up location, the uhaul employees could not find a key for the car I was supposed to rent - after waiting 45 minutes, this location then sends me to a second location to pick up the car - AGAIN I had to pay money to take an uber to this new location - Finally got a truck at this new location, but the truck was dirty (garbage on the floor), smelled of cigarettes, and the doors barely worked. The driver and passenger door had to be slammed several times until they shut properly - Once I finally got to my home to load up the truck, I had the emergency lights on for about 20 minutes while loading. When I went to start the car, the battery had died and it would not start. - I had to wait 45 minutes for a uhaul provided service to boost the vehicle I paid uhaul for a service to provide me with a clean and working vehicle at the time I had scheduled. The vehicle provided was in poor condition, getting my vehicle was severely delayed, and overall the customer service was lackluster and frustrating. Plus it cost me extra money to transit to new locations. At the end of the day, I am extremely disappointed with my uhaul experience. I am expecting a full refund on

Ellie M1. The name of the store, as advertised via U-Haul rental is not, in fact, the name of the store. It was very confusing to find the storefront in the plaza at night. 2. The pads, as ordered, where not in the truck - which was disappointing 3. The express check-in via phone, is actually a bit more complicated than advertised. Confusing to know at the onset, if the mobile app is required - or just the website. I checked in via the app, as I was instructed to do so via email only to realize that I still needed to do all the same things and more via the website - afterwards. This was frustrating, as the instructions are not clear and concise.
michelle wUnable to get the hold of any staff in this location for inquiry. This location overcharges me for fuel when I actually filled up the tank back to the line. I need to call head office customer service to look into the issue. Photo was forwarded and is currently under review. This issue is still outstanding.
