I asked for blankets and they weren’t in the truck. I was charged for them. I really needed them so it was frustrating That they weren’t there.

Don't charge more and then say you will reverse some fees but then instead of doing that charge late payment fees
Garrett HThe lock box wasn’t set for pick up, the entire truck was covered in snow, I was charged $45 for gas when we used 1/8 of a tank, and we never received the dolly that I paid for and had to end up purchasing one to complete our move. I wouldn’t recommend this to a single person
