Picked up my one way Uhaul, and was pleasantly surprised that I had been upgraded to a 20 ft from the 15 ft I had requested. It took very little time and I was on my way.

Online experience was a major hassle. NOTHING worked with the online rental-charged twice for the rental. Truck was not running well. I would not have wanted to travel very far with this truck. Only thing that save the experience was the owner of the uhaul rentals who helped us get the online rental part figured out
