I wasn't able to get my truck on trailer even though the computer system said it would fit so just wasted my money and time just had take it back without using it

I dropped the van off on a Sunday. The business was closed and I did not talk with anyone. Gate was open and easy to pull a 26ft into property. The key box was visible and easy to find. There was no stress hoping the key and truck were safe .
