The location was unaware of my reservation until I showed up. The truck I needed wasn’t there and neither was a dolly. Let’s be clear: a larger truck is harder to drive and uses more fuel than a smaller truck. Regardless I chose the 15’. The facility’s insistence that this was a no charge upgrade and not a total dropped ball by your online process is condescending and childish.

PATRICK SArrived Monday. Hours 9-5 per website. No mention of being closed during lunch. Texted and called to leave message. Staff was nice enough to let me in because I too was on my lunch hour. No one available to unhook the trailer. Staff said it was a Libyans that I had to unhook trailer myself. She had her Arm in a sling, for an upcoming shoulder surgery. I had to You Tube how to unhook the trailer but was not strong enough to get the trailer off the trailer hitch. Staff was on her lunch break but never came out to even talk me through it. Ultimately another customer lifted it off the hitch for me.
