MARVIN TAsk the customer the mileage they plan on going . I usually use Carrolls in bridgeville and they are great! They ask u the mileage you expect to go and the rate is based on that. I was only given 30 miles and didn’t realize this was different than carrolls so I ended up spending way more money!!

The people at return place were rude and uncaring, I understand that U Haul had a major computer outage across nation that day, however the people at return drop center didn't tell me anything so after an hour I call the U Haul customer service center.
