Troy HLocation had no employee that knew anything about U-Haul let along an emergency swap. Was just handed keys and sent on my way. Had to go to another U-Haul location to make sure the truck was properly put into my contract. The Traffic unit people for U-Haul were no help to the workers at the actual location that helped me. The lady on the phone was very passive aggressive to her own people over the phone. Very unprofessional!
Jared BThe location was under major yard renovations. So parking was almost non existent, and heavy equipment working. But staff was welcoming and received my trailer return no problem. I was told to call the 800 number to confirm the return location, before returning. It would have been nicer if they had information about exceptional local conditions.Like the construction.
