Bro, I just wanted to pick up a doorframe and take some trash to the dump, and it became a whole friggin’ thing. The coordination between the rental location and uhaul was abysmal. Abysmal! First Uhaul’s website wouldn’t work so I had to complete the whole reservation again manually. Then there was some confusion several days later whether I still had the van, and you called me about it. How am I the one who needs to coordinate this? How is this not something you verify with the rental location? How am I still dealing with a four hour rental SEVERAL DAYS later? If I ever need to rent a uhaul again, I will certainly use a different location. I simply don’t have the energy to deal with this nonsense anymore.

Lara HVan was clean, but needs repairs to the doors. Staff at the office was excellent!!
MEGAN HTruck was not available at agreed upon time in reservation. Van was in bad shape - back door smashed and does not close/seal properly, someone smoked in it and it reeked of smoke, the side sliding door does not open/close properly. Van should not be in service.
JERALD MThe vehicle needs to be discontinued. It was severely damaged (to the point of difficult use). The staff was nice, but needed more training (i.e. didn’t even know where the key or furniture dollies were).
