This location is so convenient and easy for me. I often have problems getting internet service at other locations which makes the online portion harder.

Staff were super friendly and helpful at both pickup and dropoff. Only "complaint" is that the location is difficult to find the first time you visit.
John JBro, I just wanted to pick up a doorframe and take some trash to the dump, and it became a whole friggin’ thing. The coordination between the rental location and uhaul was abysmal. Abysmal! First Uhaul’s website wouldn’t work so I had to complete the whole reservation again manually. Then there was some confusion several days later whether I still had the van, and you called me about it. How am I the one who needs to coordinate this? How is this not something you verify with the rental location? How am I still dealing with a four hour rental SEVERAL DAYS later? If I ever need to rent a uhaul again, I will certainly use a different location. I simply don’t have the energy to deal with this nonsense anymore.
