When I checked in using the U-Haul app. The check-in process ended without giving me the code to retrieve the keys. I had to contact support who confirmed for me that the code was not there and they had to dig it out a different way. I had to sit around for 15 minutes in the sun while that got worked out Also the truck was almost empty of gas. I drove 4 mi down the road and the gas light came on

Was a great service
Mohamed YThe person at this location had a really hard time processing the dropoff … it wasn't his fault, it seems that the computer refreshed and lost the record of me needing to drop off the truck and he had to search for the record in several places. We eventually figured it out but it took a while. Again, not his fault, the computer's fault.
SEAN RStaff member was very conscientious and helpful. The van exterior was filthy but I do not blame the attendant at the market. Management should have a service keep the vehicles clean.
Michelle FNot very friendly and had a hard time using the tablet to check out the equipment. Took a really long time. Upon return, still Took a longer than usual time and the way he checked in the vehicle was by me telling him were the gas was and the mileage was. He never checked himself. Somehow I feel the numbers are not always correct.
