First off, the location I chose when I reserved a truck (because the app said it was available) didn't actually have one available. I was informed a day or two later that my pickup location got moved to a much less convenient place. When I clicked on the "get directions" button for my pickup location, it took me to a U-Haul location... which turned out to be the wrong location. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying the one employee was on break, and that one employee didn't actually return from that break for an additional 45 minutes past what was written on the sign. So I waited about half an hour to even discover that the app had sent me to the wrong location. Customer support was great on the phone, and they added some time to my 24hrs to help with the late pickup. So that's my one positive. So from my experience, you can't know for sure if the truck you reserve will actually be available at the location you choose, and the app can't be trusted to give you directions. Plus you never know if someone will actually be working at the location when you arrive. Oh, and the middle seat of the truck looked like someone spilled a drink on it. But other than that it was fine. The truck worked mechanically.

When I checked in using the U-Haul app. The check-in process ended without giving me the code to retrieve the keys. I had to contact support who confirmed for me that the code was not there and they had to dig it out a different way. I had to sit around for 15 minutes in the sun while that got worked out Also the truck was almost empty of gas. I drove 4 mi down the road and the gas light came on

Mohamed YThe person at this location had a really hard time processing the dropoff … it wasn't his fault, it seems that the computer refreshed and lost the record of me needing to drop off the truck and he had to search for the record in several places. We eventually figured it out but it took a while. Again, not his fault, the computer's fault.
SEAN RStaff member was very conscientious and helpful. The van exterior was filthy but I do not blame the attendant at the market. Management should have a service keep the vehicles clean.
