If the employees within the store were better trained I would give this a 5. How the cashier didn’t know the keys were behind him is astounding to me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkRental was a newer truck, staff was friendly, and it was a quick in/ out process
Chandra MTheir customer service at this store is none existent. Truck in back was dirty had broken down boxes in the back and the person inside the store couldn’t even be bothered to come out to the truck when I picked it up or when I returned it wanted me to take pictures of everything. I well never go there again for a truck or anything and sure would not recommend them to anyone HORRIBLE
Darlene LThe truck cab smelled like someone had vomited. The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful
John CI got charged for a $15 coverage that I didn’t choose. I todo then to take it off and they said they couldn’t.
