The truck was dirty when we picked it up and I was charged the clean up fee. Then I dropped off truck the same day I rented it. We only used it a couple of hours. Then dropped it off in Seguin and man that received the truck told me he would checked in right away and he did not check it in until the next morning when we were supposed to originally drop off truck. I’m an upset customer.

Returned the trailer with some small rock chips from a previous rental by someone else but i was charged a cleaning fee. Worst experience i have ever had with Uhaul.

LARRY HRefused check it in while I was there. Then I found out why. He falsely charged a cleaning fee, I was the driver and I know it was spotless. I had a friend of mine at another dealer look it up, he showed me the pictures which I guarantee are not from my truck.
