Craig JThe truck had black brake dust. I was told that I could get a credit because I had to drive 60 miles out of my way to get the truck. These last times that I rented a truck was a mess. I was told one location that I could get the truck .once I got to that location I was told the truck was at a different place. I had friends helping me move and they had to wait longer before getting started. I'd always had good luck with Uhaul but these last 3 times was totally disappointed

vince dThe vehicle was pretty well nearing the end of its competitive life - I rented the same size Penske truck 2 weeks ago and it was modern and well equipped It had electric windows electric door locks and all the modern conveniences whereas this particular truck had roll up windows which was very inconvenient and manual door locks if you want to compete I'd suggest you upgrade that particular truck to something a little more modern
