I was given a location to return - when I arrived today the owner was out (a note was on the door) for 45 minutes despite having hours listed all day (no one was on site). I had to call UhAul again and was advised to return it online so I had to unhook everything. My experience with Uhaul locations the past 4 rentals has been inconsistent. Your pricing more than doubled this last rental so I am looking into different options based on my overall experiences.
