Drop off location was initially entered incorrectly at Roosevelt Ave location. Supposedly corrected at Emigsville location , but when returned to Mansfield was charged an over mileage fee that couldn’t be corrected at that time.

I did put gas as well I founded when I picked up; as long I dropped it; the receiver guy reported that I didn’t replace the gas I used. He never when out side with me to check to confirm what I did.

Elvis SI was not able to communicate that I was afraid there was not enough miles allowed given we needed to stop at one rest stop (right off the interstate). We took the most direct route with no extra stops picking up more things. This is unacceptable, and not giving enough miles when I was forced to drive to a different location for initial pickup was not correctly accounted for since I was charged an additional 8.00 for 8 miles.
