Very irritated that it didn’t have the equipment I reserved when it confirmed with me that it had all the equipment I needed. I wish they would have called me. It made my move very stressful because the next morning I had to drive out of my way to a different location to find furniture blankets & a second dolly. Wasn’t able to get the second dolly.
