The man working there was very friendly and helpful. I got the vehicle quickly and without problems. I wish i knew in advance where to park, though. I had to drive around a bit before I realized it's street parking at that location.

Tim TThe app was really bad. I had to cycle through the same screens multiple times to proceed for pick up. I was unable to return the truck at all. I contacted customer service and had no luck there either.
