Thomas BI stopped by to speak with the customer service attendant at the location. Attitude was somewhat rude, and non-informative. The only answer I could get to my question was... "well, in my 3 years working here" (fill in the blank) but no conclusive help. Also, he told me I needed to bring the truck earlier than the 24-hour period, because he needed time to turn it around, so he wanted the truck back before he came to open the store at 9:00 a.m.
