Windshield and side mirrors were badly splattered with bird poop and very dirty. Washer fluid near empty. Pieces of broken glass in cargo area and on ramp. The interior floor mats were covered in dirt.

Took 45 minutes to get key out of lock box and find rental truck. Truck wasn't ready for pick up and had wrong dolly in truck. Not a very pleasant experience.

Bryan FCargo area was dirty, had broken glass, hair and garbage in it.
DUFFY SClean the truck after the previous user drops it off. There's no reason that I had a bottle of someone else's urine under the driver's seat. Not to mention the wave of dirt and dust that rose from the floor when I rolled the window down at highway speeds. I've rented several trucks from uhaul before, and haven't had this issue. This one left me disgusted
