I did not have the truck I reserved
ERIKA SI had to ask for the personnel to complete the checkin of the rental while I waited. They just offered for me to drop off the keys and told me that I would receive an email. For me personally, I would have rather been asked first, if I would mind waiting for the checkin or would I be comfortable with just giving them the key with no receipt. The young lady did what I asked and was cordial but I’m not sure that the process of just dropping off keys with no receipt is a best practice.
