Two complaints- the air conditioner did not work and we were traveling 6 hours to the beach in extreme heat. We were NOT informed to put gas back in or we’d be charged a higher rate than if we had refueled on our own. We did not know to do this and had someone told us, we would’ve saved money. The staff at both locations were friendly and helpful.
James CI was charged twice in the amount of $334/69, once on July 2, & again on July 3, 2026. I need to be refunded for the error. Thanks.
