Only complaint I had was that you will get dozens of calls wanting to know if you are still using the U-haul and where will you be leaving it. I mean they will do it every day
RICKY WWindshield and side mirrors were badly splattered with bird poop and very dirty. Washer fluid near empty. Pieces of broken glass in cargo area and on ramp. The interior floor mats were covered in dirt.
Steven DTook 45 minutes to get key out of lock box and find rental truck. Truck wasn't ready for pick up and had wrong dolly in truck. Not a very pleasant experience.
Daniel KDrop off was a breeze and th staff were helpful and courteous.
