I ordered furniture pads and a dolly for my move, but Uhaul sent me to a location that did not even know what a furniture dolly was. Additionally we rented to equipment in OH and the booking documents said we were dropping it off in Milwaukee Wisconsin but clerk at pick up did not know how to do that. It took 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul to get it worked out.

Chris RI dropped off after hours I did have an issue with the app. It would not let me take photos of the drop off.
Forest SEven though I did the reservation about last minute they still were ready for me, and pickup was quick. The return was also easy.
Michael DMake sure there will be a truck at the location you are being told to go to. Insure links are updated and working. I had also called the customer service line hoping to have some clarification on the process, and the worker was rude and acting like I was taking too much time. Audibly sighed every time I asked a question and would be quick to reply "Is there anything else?" I was so frustrated and tired from moving I just accepted any help I could get and moved on, overall such a terrible experience.
