I did not want the Safe Move protection plan when I reserved the truck. At pickup, it was added to my rental without asking for my consent. I had to call to request to have it removed. I believe it will ultimately happen, but 24 hours and three phone calls later, I'm still waiting for a manager to call me with the approval and confirmation I will get the fee refunded.
