The drivers seat did not move forward.
Rebecca BVERY expensive for a 3 hour rental, but the sales people were professional and polite.
Rick CWell, when we showed up at around 1 pm, the office was locked. We knocked to get the employees attention. She sort of snapped at us and gestured to use the drop box. I believe she was in a phone conversation? She called me later to thank me later to thank me for the business & let me know that there were no added charges.,My recommendation would have the employee pause the phone conversation & say, “please give me a moment & I will be right with you”. Then take care of.business in a personal manner. Isn’t that why she is there?
