Cabin floor was not clean , drove the truck for about 12 miles max and got charged for 155 miles . Feel frustrated and estafated . No one around to help or on the phone . Bad experience and would never recommend this place to any one .

The van I rented was not clean inside nor is it being maintained. When I picked it up, the tires were all at different pressures and underinflated; I corrected this for my safety, but throughout the day I continued finding problems with the vehicle. I tried to make U-Haul aware of all of them, but I believe I forgot to notify your people that there is damage to the side of the van as well as the problems with its rear (ref no 3534679), and I just hope that I have a better experience the next time I rent a U-Haul van for the day. Fortunately, the customer service reps I spoke with made me feel a lot better.
