My initial reservation was at another location for out of hours pickup. When I arriver the vehicule was not available. I called Uhaul and was sent to the rue Dunnant location with a reservation at 5:20. When I arrived, I had to wait 45min for a clerk to arrive and the reservation did not exist. I had to make a new reservation on the spot.
