Ma réservation a été modifiée pour une nouvelle location et une nouvelle date à la dernière minute.On ne m'a jamais dit que la location était changée et on m'a mentionné que je devais me présenter le vendredi pm car la location était fermée le samedi pour prendre mon camion. Ma location demeurait pour le samedi.En arrivant à la nouvelle location, j'apprends que j'ai le camion seulement pour la soirée. La personne qui a confirmé la réservation n'a pas bien fait son travail. Les employés sur place ont t été très gentils et serviables.

Charles DThe person who received us was very helpful, but the truck rattled a lot on the road and was generally very noisy. Not nearly as smooth a ride as the truck we rented 3 years ago.
