I booked a 10 ft truck close to my location, but learned when I received the call to confirm that it wasn't available and that I had to get it from another location, farther from my place. Maybe if the website could prevent us from reserving a truck at a place it's not possible to get it, we wouldn't get into that situation. Also, I think the tires were 4 seasons tires, which are illegal in the province of Quebec and have very low performance in our conditions. It was pretty dangerous when I moved. I was glad I did not have to drive for a long time.
