No one was there. Took forever to figure out where to park. I used the automated system to check out. Took a ridiculous number of days to get charged extra for incorrect mileage & has. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN in Sheridan or anywhere else. Will tell everyone I know to find another company. I had to drive 60+ miles to even get the truck which the mileage calculated NEVER ADJUSTED FOR. This was after I gave the starting & stopping locations. I also left the gas EXACTLY where I received it - but you still charged me more! TOTAL RIP OFF.
