truck looked brand new
DOMINIQUE HThe employee at this location was late to open the shop by nearly 20min and gave no explanation or apology and was rude for the entire process. He was actively annoyed answering basic questions about the vehicle, even just asking where it was. The truck had trash in the cabin when I got in and then I was charged a cleaning fee. I am extremely unhappy
Justin SThe lady who checked us in couldn’t have been nicer, but the owner of the facility named Al was verbally abusive to both myself and my employee… I have already reached out to Uhaul and filed a formal complaint about this and have a telephone call with Juan tomorrow.
Charlie FHave a way to drop off equipment after closing time so that an extra day isn't added. (I missed closing time by 1/2 hour, had to pay an extra day. Sad face.)
