Whoever was working today was so absolutely rude and demanding and not answering any questions. Very unhappy and VERY unprofessional. I stood waiting to pick up the truck while he was laughing and joking with some random guy in front of me and it was running into my reservation time. Horrible customer service.
Coleton RStaff was very dismissive, didn’t have equipment I had reserved , can’t park car on premises, overall scamy vibes.
DAKOTA SEnsure that you have an employee there to retrieve the equipment. and not have customers moving and having to hook up the trailers themselves. Not safe
