How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe place was unattended, which would not be a problem if the U-Haul app would take the face photo without barfing. The phone support worked, though. The entrance is extremely tight and a 20' truck cannot turn right into the parking lot while a car-for-sale is parked there. I had to back up onto the highway to turn enough to enter.
Bruce LGuaranteed reservation wasn't available, had to drive 40 miles round trip further than expected, price for the rental was significantly more expensive due to this issue, was offered a lower mileage rate but still cost more than the guaranteed reservation. No $50 rental credit was given as expected with their guarantee.
