The man who helped me at the counter was kind. However, the rental had a TON of dog hair in it when I picked it up. Also, be warned, that the market is a block away from where the U-Hauls are staged.

Adjust the times that customers can pick up a U haul it’s ridiculous that I can do mobile pick up for a u haul until 11:30pm but the location is not open. This is beyond ridiculous.
Brianna LDirty beat up truck not close to rental location, 116k miles on truck covered in graffiti. Gas was 1/8 full.
DEREK SVery difficult to find, no instructions on the app or rental agreement. The people were very nice, but finding the place is not easy at all; one small sign on a door to a store that is hidden behind palm trees and other plants.
GERARD BTruck fuel was near empty, smelled bad, and lot was in a very difficult area to enter and exit. Truck also has transmission issues and should be serviced. Dollys were not present and had to be picked up from a second location. Pick up process added almost an hour to move time.
