Location was awkward, a small grocery shop on busy street in downtown San Diego; little space on street for parking. Clerk in shop indicated that truck needed to be parked about 4-5 blocks away in a lot. We were to take pictures of the truck as well as the odometer and gas gauge, then return to shop to complete the check in. Required difficult trekking with luggage up hill back to shop. Check in was thorough with no other problems.
