REX BWe were told at our drop off location that the truck should've never left the lot. I was not aware it needed to be bone clean and no cracks in the windshield. Then we get charged for that on the other end
TEGAN SPaid for a dolly that was not on the truck it was s huge inconvenience for me and my family I had to purchase one after I paid to rent one
Leshanda SI was late returning truck so nobody was at location. I had been asked once before to return truck to Sherwood. I didn't look at address when said I would change from dealer much closer I thought it was probley the same one as before. Drop off location was much further away and in a not good area to be leaving one alone
