Reserved vehicle at location, asked if i could drop off vehicle at a different location, and confirmed with worker that that was okay. did not get email confirmation from uhaul. Got charged more than what was intended because worker did not do his job correctly and i had to pay more than what was required because of the workers mistakes. “Mistakes being that the worked did not put in the contract that vehicle was getting dropped off at a different location”. Got a hostile phone call the next day from the workers at the pick up location. Truck had less fuel in it than what was stated.

Julius LGentlemen running had very limited English so was hard to understand what was going on as he seemed lost. Was apariently unable to give me a copy of the contract, tried to ask questions about key return and was just told its good and then was brushed off. Not professional and not informative.
