Make sure the staff helps hook up the equipment properly. My trailer chains were to long and he never offered a solution to fix the problem.

Stephanie PThe app and call centre service was horrendous. We had pick up outside business hours and we had to had to wait over 30 minutes to get verified and get our keys while waiting in limbo. Truck steering needs to be serviced but otherwise ran well.
Nicholas WRemind the customer to check their text messages before leaving when first given the rental, to take pictures of the vehicle condition. I got home and looked at my texts and first thing it says is "before leaving...", so a reminder for that would make this a top experience
