Have the equipment at the location it was booked for pick up. I was sent to 3 different locations before I picked up the unit I booked. Not to mention it was the next day…. All this driving, wasted time on the phone and my schedule set back. This was the worst service I have ever paid for. The one positive was the fellow who helped me drop the unit off he was very helpful and nice.

Pick us was easy at counter as my driver had rented before so in system. We were unable to do the drop-off on-line - screen came up as Error. No Wi-fi near west end where trucks stored, good near office but still error reading. Had to wait until receipt next morning for confirmation. All was good at that point but frustrating at the time.
David WBooked everything through the app well in advanced and had nothing but issues on day of pick up. App was not user friendly for pick up / return. Courtney on the 24/7 customer service was amazing and is the only reason it’s not 1 star.

David LHave the gas tank filled. Clean at least the windows. If you are parking longer than a day get a ride there, or your vehicle will be towed.
