It took a little longer than I thought it would to fill it up however the owner of the property was very rude about me extending the time probably because my payment method was declined although I did pay in full when the day after I return the truck the owner decided to tack on every extra charge he could even though I'd filled up the gas tank to above the limit where it was when I got it after only putting 32 miles on it I put over $23 worth of gas in it total and he still charged me for 2 gallons of gas I did have it cleaned out but there was a little bit of mud in the plastic floor mats that I didn't get out and he charged me a cleaning fee because of that even though everything else was pretty clean didn't leave any trash in it there was a few items that did get overlooked that actually were items that we took with us when we paid for the truck this is concerning to me because even though I'm a pain customer and paid well over $400 for this rental this man literally was rude to me every time I spoke with him and I had trouble getting the keys out of the lock and I didn't understand why and when I went to try to get one of his employees to help me with the lock they wouldn't they ignored my my knocking on the door even though they were clearly there and I could see them over the fence I just think it was incredibly rude to check on every charge just because I was a little late even though I paid him full for everything

Vehicle blew an engine mid trip so I guess maintenance wasn’t good enough
Frank SThis U-Haul drop-off location was difficult to navigate. There was no signage indicating where the trailer should be dropped off, and the parking area did not provide adequate space to safely maneuver or turn around a vehicle with a trailer. Overall, the location was poorly suited for trailer returns, making the drop-off process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Very disappointing experience.
SHELDON BHad an appointment to pick up at 9 and no one ever showed up. By 9:30 we changed our appointment to be self pick up so we could get the keys.
Clint MThe whole process was extremely smooth. The truck was late model, Clean and ran great. Check-in was easy and the after hours drop was even easier. We had an all-around great experience! It was also nice to see that the primary business is an automotive repair shop.
