The place was closed and no one there. The barcode was not easily seen. You need to update the website to say WHERE the barcode to return is accurately located on a pole. It is an abandoned shopping center and very unsafe if you are by yourself. I felt very unsafe there.

Improve the refund process and give the customer service reps the ability to process refunds for non-existent equipment. Stop independent reps that are drop and pick up lots from offering services and equipment they don’t have.
William JI reserved a truck and dolly at a different location. Instead, my reservation was moved to a different vendor who had NO ONE on site, forgot my appliance dolly, and had no one available to help me. I sat on hold with UHaul for 45+ minutes and never got through. The app did not work well. Will never use you again!
Lynnette WLocation address on the U-Haul website shows Guntersville but it is actually in Arab. A totally different city.
