Well, it's a little difficult to find the front office, and very difficult to find parking. Don't know how to help out there

Mirror broken, could not see right side of truck. Also, I thought I was reserving a truck at Anaheim St, when the same phone number actually ended up reserving a truck on PCH so I had to prevail on someone to drive me there. ANAHEIM St is walking distance from my house. PCH is not. You should have separate phone numbers for the 2 locations. The staff did as well as they could, and were very nice but systemic problems exist.

I didn’t like the fact I didn’t know where to go and get key from until I called and spoke with the 2nd person. The office wasn’t open when I went to pick up the truck and the email didn’t contain any useful information. The hold time sucks with U-Haul customer service phone line.

Customer service started off great, but plummeted after my complaint they forgot all my equipment for my truck and needed to issue a reimbursement. I won't use them again.

I was charged for furniture pads that I did not receive in my vehicle. After sending voice messages and emails, I still have not heard from anyone to follow up. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours of dropping off the truck, which never happened.

Always have someone on staff to take calls, and be available in person. Personally this is not a good drop off site. It was difficult to find off the street. Better to use the UHaul location just a couple of blocks down the street on PCH.

After business hours, you have to enter through the back so if you're getting dropped off I would recommend getting dropped off in the back. I ended up having to hop two fences to get over there.

Hard to find uhaul. Insane charges for going just minutes over time. Will not use U-haul again. Will rent truck from Lowes instead.

Prices for the truck rental were very deceiving. Instead of the 20 dollars a day plus mileage, there was insurance and other charges that brought the cost to 56 dollars for a day. Quite ridiculous and clearly a show of penny pinching greed.

We used the check in/check out by app-this was a horrible experience there was no direction on how to do so and fortunately we were able to find someone on site even though we were checking in before an after hours to help us. When we called tech-support that morning to guide us through it we sat on the phone until the location actually opened and somebody was able to help us so this was of no use at all. Also when making a reservation we selected one of the moving companies listed on your site which had a five star review for multiple parties. On the day of our move they did not show up at all and when we contacted Uhaul your representatives were unable to get a hold of anyone with the moving company. We did finally get through to them once however after hearing our problem they began to act like they couldn't hear us and hung up and then every time we called thereafter they immediately hung up. So in summary on the day of our move after getting the truck and hour and a half later than we were supposed to we had no movers to help us move. We ended up having to use the app TaskRabbit which was the only app and part of our experience that seemed to work out --all be it three hours after her ne all be it three hours after our move was supposed to commence . Overall the worst moving experience we have ever had .

This location could use some improvement aesthetically. It wasn't dirty but wasn't inviting, either. Also, the storage unit has an open wall above the door. While not worried about people getting into the unit, it seems rodents or bugs would be able to quite easily.

U-Haul computer system was down or lagging on Sat 2/24 to the point there were two people with reservations waiting when I arrived for my reservation, and a fourth showed up minutes after me. There was only 1 person onsite to help, there was no manual backup method possible, we had to wait until the computer cooperated. Maybe this is net neutrality--maybe you need to buy more reliable internet--maybe your server was down--whatever it was, it cost customers time and money because we had movers waiting for us to arrive with the truck. It was very frustrating. It was not the employee's fault, it was affecting other nearby U-Haul stores also.

I ordered a 10' truck because I knew I had a clearance issue where we needed to unload. my order was changed to a 15' without anyone letting me know. due to this terrible disregard for your customer, and extremely poor customer service, this caused us to have to unload and hand carry our items down a service ramp rather than being able to pull up directly to the unloading area it took us far longer then to move, and it was much more difficult. this is the worst service I have ever received, along with the fact that I order the truck for pick up at 9:30, the store didn't open until 9:40, then your computer system was down, and it took 45 minutes to process my order, and because your computers were down, I couldn't see if there was a 10' truck at another location. Terrible, terrible terrible experience

They incorrectly charged me for gas even after I made the employee aware of it being wrong on the contract before I rented, the manage was also informed, and I went in the next day to inform yet another employee. They still charged me and never responded to my latest attempt via email.

It took 20 minutes for the girl to come back to the office.(she was somewhere around the storage building). When we drop it off she was on her lunch break and had to wait 30 minutes for her to come back. Van was great but not a really convenient location if you are in a rush.
